Tip T315 - 15-bit colour depth uses 15-bit which is not a multiple of 8-bit (a byte) like 16-bit modes (2 bytes). Most adapters use 16-bit anyway for 15-bit since itΓÇÖs faster but reduce the number of simultaneous colours available on the display to 32K instead of 64K.
